Boarding Services & Rates

Basic Boarding Rates include:  Feeding 2x daily - your choice of premium quality Alfalfa, Grass, Oat and/or Grass/Alfalfa mix.  Stall and paddocks are cleaned six days per week.  A caretaker lives on-site who provides additional security.  Trailer parking is included at no additional charge.  Additional services are offered for a nominal fee. Please refer to prices below.

Barn - Stall with paddock
Featuring 12' x 12' stall with 12' x 24' paddock.  Includes basic board services and individual tack closet.
$565.00 per month

Paddock with Shelter
Featuring 30' x 40' paddock with 12' x 12' shelter with sides.  Includes basic board services only.
$365.00 per month

Pasture with Shelter - Individual
Featuring one+ acre pastures with overhang shelter.  Includes basic board services only.
$335.00 per month

Pasture with Shelter - Shared
Featuring one+ acre pastures with overhang shelter.  Includes basic board services only.
$295.00 per month, per horse

Turn-out Services
All offered turn-out is weather permitting, for the safety of the horses.  Horses are turned out for two hours per instance.
Three days per week  - $35.00 per month
Six days per week -      $70.00 per month

Grain/Supplements & Extra Feed
All grain and supplements are provided by horse owner and should be bagged for each individual day.
Once per day, seven days per week  - $30.00 per month, per horse

Extra Hay
Extra hay is more than two flakes per feeding.  Price is for each additional flake, per feeding.
$40.00 per month, per horse

Blanketing
Blankets are taken off in morning (weather permitting) and put back on in evening.  This service is offered seven days per week.
